Event Crowd Limited

Studio I1c, Witan Studios, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK9 1EF

Company Registration No. 16927027  |  Incorporated 22 December 2025

Last updated: April 2026

1.  Who We Are

Event Crowd Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) acts as both event organiser and primary ticket seller for all events listed on our platforms. References in these Terms to “Event” mean any ticketed event organised and sold by Event Crowd Limited.

2.  Formation of Contract

2.1  These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases made through Event Crowd Limited and form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Ticket Holder”) and us.

2.2  A binding contract is formed at the point of successful payment processing and issuance of a booking confirmation reference. We recommend retaining this confirmation for your records.

2.3  Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain the property of Event Crowd Limited, subject to these Terms.

2.4  It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s) and to ascertain the correct date, time and venue of the Event. We are not responsible for any part of an Event you miss as a result of your failure to check this information.

2.5  We are not responsible or liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen after delivery. Keep your ticket safe.

2.6  Upon purchase and receipt of your ticket, please check it carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

2.7  If you have obtained your ticket in breach of these Terms, or if you breach any of these Terms, your ticket shall be void and all rights conferred by it shall be forfeited. Any person seeking entry using a void ticket may be refused entry or evicted and may be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets are non-refundable.

3.  Ticket Pricing & Bundled Credit

3.1  Some ticket types include a preloaded promotional credit amount as part of a bundled package (entry + credit). Where this applies, it will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

3.2  Any included credit:

  • Forms part of the bundled ticket price — it is not a standalone product or cash equivalent
  • Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash at any point
  • Is non-refundable, non-transferable, and event-specific
  • Must be used within the event period and will be forfeited if unused

3.3  Ticket prices and bundled inclusions are set at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to your purchase being confirmed — changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.4  We reserve the right to replace any items bundled with a ticket (e.g. food, beverage, or hospitality inclusions) with an alternative like-for-like item and shall not be obligated to refund or exchange on this basis.

4.  Ticket Purchase Limits

4.1  When purchasing tickets you are limited to a specified number of tickets per transaction as set out on the purchase pages. This policy is in place to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed these limits without notice.

5.  No Refund Policy

5.1  All sales are final. We operate a strict no-refund policy, which you expressly acknowledge and accept at the point of purchase.

5.2  No refunds will be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Inability to attend, including illness, transport issues, or conflicting commitments
  • Misunderstanding of ticket type, inclusions, or event format
  • Unused bundled credit
  • Inclement weather, unless the Event is cancelled (see Clause 9)
  • Dissatisfaction with artist performance, content, opinions, or language used at the Event

5.3  This policy is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which confirm that the right to cancel does not apply to leisure event tickets for specific dates.

5.4  Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK law.

6.  Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

6.1  By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, including our no-refund policy.

6.2  Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card provider for a valid transaction covered by these Terms constitutes a breach of contract. We reserve the right to:

  • Provide your card provider with a copy of these Terms, your booking confirmation, and any relevant evidence
  • Pursue recovery of any amounts successfully reversed via chargeback
  • Revoke your ticket(s) and refuse entry where a dispute is raised against a valid charge

6.3  We encourage you to contact us directly at [info@thefestivalcrowd.com] before raising any dispute, and we will endeavour to resolve concerns in good faith.

7.  Ticket Types & Special Access

7.1  Standard Tickets are sold at face value and may include bundled credit where stated.

7.2  Complimentary, career, press, or discounted tickets do not include bundled credit unless explicitly stated in writing. These tickets may carry additional restrictions on entry, access, or benefits.

7.3  Tickets are issued for the named Event only and cannot be applied to other events.

8.  Resale & Transfer

8.1  Tickets are non-transferable and non-resaleable unless explicitly authorised by us in writing.

8.2  Tickets may not be used for advertising, competitions, sweepstakes, promotions, or sold or given away as part of any travel or hospitality package without our express prior written permission.

8.3  Tickets purchased through unauthorised resale channels (including secondary market platforms) may be cancelled without refund and entry refused.

8.4  We reserve the right to implement name-matched entry or ID verification to protect against unauthorised transfer.

9.  Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation

9.1  For the purposes of these Terms:

  • A “major cancellation” is the cancellation of the Event in full where it is not rescheduled.
  • A “material alteration” is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in our opinion, makes the Event materially different to what ticket purchasers could reasonably expect. The following are expressly not deemed material alterations: changes to the lineup; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual members of an act; curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed; and delays to the start of a performance.

9.2  We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event details at any time without notice, including (but not limited to) venue, date, time, lineup, performance times, and programme content. We will endeavour to notify Ticket Holders of material changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Tickets are sold for the Event and not for any specific artist or performer.

9.3  In the event of a postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, you may apply for a refund of the face value of your ticket by contacting us at [info@thefestivalcrowd.com] within the timeframe stated in our announcement of the rescheduled date.

9.4  Refunds are only available in the event of a major cancellation, a material alteration, or by special exception at our sole discretion. You must claim any refund within the timeframe set out in the relevant announcement. If an Event is only partially cancelled, a proportionate partial refund corresponding to the proportion cancelled may be offered.

9.5  In no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellation or alteration, including travel, accommodation, or other personal arrangements. Any such arrangements are made entirely at your own risk.

9.6  Where a cancellation or postponement is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Clause 14), our liability shall be limited accordingly.

10.  Wristbands

10.1  Where wristbands are issued, the wristband must remain on the Event attendee’s wrist for the full duration of the Event.

10.2  Wristbands that are removed from the wrist, tampered with, or damaged will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.

10.3  Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. It is your responsibility to take care of your wristband. Those without a valid wristband for the relevant area of the site will be refused admission or may be removed.

11.  Entry, Conduct & Removal

11.1  Entry to Events is subject to:

  • Venue capacity and licensing conditions
  • Valid proof of purchase and, where required, government-issued photo ID
  • Security screening and any venue-specific requirements
  • There are no re-admissions after entry — once you leave the site you will not be re-admitted

11.2  We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any individual who:

  • Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances
  • Acts in a threatening, abusive, or disorderly manner
  • Breaches venue rules, licensing conditions, or the safety of others
  • Refuses to undergo a security search
  • Is found to be in possession of any prohibited item (see Clause 11.4)
  • Fails to comply with the reasonable instructions of Event officials or stewards
  • Is subject to notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, has been convicted of any sexual offence or any offence relating to public disorder, violence, abuse or criminal damage, or is subject to a Community Protection Notice (CPN) or Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO)

11.3  We have granted the Police the right to refuse admission to the entire Event site. Event attendees may be ejected and reported to the Police where, in our reasonable opinion, they pose a risk to the safety of any person, may affect the enjoyment of other attendees, or may cause damage, nuisance, or injury.

11.4  The following items are strictly prohibited at all Events. Breach may result in refusal of entry, ejection, confiscation, and/or reporting to the Police:

  • Bags larger than A4 size (297mm x 210mm x 210mm) — one compliant bag per person only
  • Outside food or drink, except for personal supplies of water in sealed plastic containers up to 500ml, and baby food not in glass containers
  • Glass of any kind
  • Illegal substances, new psychoactive substances (“legal highs”), or other drugs considered unsafe
  • Air horns, klaxons, megaphones, or other loud noise-emitting devices
  • Drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, or professional photography/filming equipment (including GoPros) without prior written authorisation
  • Laser pens, fireworks, pyrotechnics, spray cans, or Chinese lanterns
  • Weapons, knives, explosives, or any item that could be used as a weapon
  • Large umbrellas, golf umbrellas, parasols, chairs, or seating of any kind (mobility aids excepted)
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or personalised motorised vehicles (except where required due to a disability)
  • Animals, with the exception of registered assistance dogs
  • Flags, banners, or promotional and commercial materials without prior written consent
  • Any other item which we consider, in our sole discretion, may cause disruption, pose a safety risk, or which is otherwise unsafe

11.5  For the security of all attendees, you may be subject to body and bag searches anywhere on site at any time by security personnel and detection dogs. Agreeing to be searched is a condition of entry and continued presence at the Event. We reserve the right to evict without refund anyone who resists a search.

11.6  We are entitled to confiscate any prohibited item or any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate. There is no facility on site to store or retrieve confiscated items; all confiscated items will be disposed of following the Event. We accept no liability for any confiscated items.

11.7  We may take legal action, including prosecution, against anyone who causes damage to the site, site infrastructure, or harm to any other person at the Event.

11.8  Climbing or standing upon fences, barriers, trees, shrubbery, walls, buildings, safety structures, or ride structures is strictly prohibited.

11.9  Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited.

11.10  No unauthorised vehicles will be permitted on site, including buses, campervans, or coaches.

11.11  No refund will be issued where entry is refused or an individual is removed on any of the above grounds.

12.  Outdoor Events & Health Notices

12.1  Events take place outdoors on green field sites. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor conditions, including warm clothing for night-time periods. Please be aware of uneven ground conditions. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless the Event is cancelled.

12.2  Please note that loud music may be present at Events and prolonged exposure to amplified sound can cause permanent hearing damage. Earplugs are recommended and may be available on site.

12.3  Strobe lighting, smoke effects, and special effects may be in use during Events.

12.4  When purchasing alcohol at an Event, you may be asked to provide valid proof of age. Challenge 25 operates at all bars.

12.5  In case of emergency, please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff, and other Event officials at all times.

13.  Accessibility

13.1  We are committed to making our Events accessible. Disabled facilities are available at our Events.

13.2  If you have specific access requirements, please contact us in advance of the Event at [info@thefestivalcrowd.com]. If we are not notified in advance, it may not be possible to meet your specific needs on the day.

14.  Car Parking

14.1  Where car parking is provided, drivers enter car parks entirely at their own risk. Car parks are located on green field sites and may have uneven surfaces.

14.2  We do not accept any liability for break-ins, damage, or theft of or from vehicles left in Event car parks.

15.  Photography, Filming & CCTV

13.1  CCTV and film cameras may be present at Events for the purposes of health and safety, and the prevention and detection of crime. We do not require your consent to film or hold recordings of you where this is in accordance with legal requirements.

13.2  Photographers and film crews may be present at Events. By entering the Event and/or purchasing tickets, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or sound recorded (which may include you as a member of the audience), and to the distribution of such content (whether commercial or otherwise) perpetually and throughout the world without any payment to you.

13.3  Unauthorised professional photography, filming, or recording equipment (including GoPros and drones) is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any approved commercial filming or photography on site.

13.4  No trading, marketing, advertising, or other commercial activity by Event attendees is permitted on site without our prior written consent.

16.  Force Majeure

14.1  We shall not be liable for any failure to deliver an Event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather events, acts of God, fire, pandemic or public health incident, government restriction or legislation, terrorist activity, venue failure, or action by a third-party supplier.

14.2  In such circumstances, we will endeavour to offer a rescheduled date, credit, or alternative remedy where feasible, but cannot guarantee a refund beyond statutory obligations.

17.  Smoking & Vaping

15.1  It is against the law to smoke or vape in enclosed spaces at Events, including in tents or other covered activations. Please observe all signage around the site. Designated smoking areas will be signposted where available.

18.  Official Merchandise

16.1  Official merchandise shall be on sale within the site where applicable. Please be aware of unofficial traders in or around the site offering inferior or counterfeit goods.

19.  Liability

17.1  Event Crowd Limited takes all reasonable steps to ensure Events are delivered as described.

17.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased.

17.3  We shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property at an Event
  • Personal injury or death not caused by our negligence
  • Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from attendance or non-attendance
  • The actions of other attendees, third parties, or venue operators

17.4  Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

20.  Data Protection

18.1  We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

18.2  Your data may be shared with third-party suppliers (including venues, payment processors, and access control providers) solely for the purpose of event delivery.

18.3  Full details of how we handle your data are available in our Privacy Policy at [website link].

21.  Amendments to These Terms

19.1  We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time and will post any updated version on our website. By purchasing tickets or attending an Event after any revision, you signify your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms.

22.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • You are aged 18 or over (or have parental/guardian consent where applicable)
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full
  • You accept the no-refund and no-transfer policies as binding conditions of purchase
